Our fitness program contains a wide variety of movements.
Most of the exercises are easy to perform, it's the speed and lack of rest in between sets that is most challenging. If you've been in the gym a lot and are able to put up respective numbers, you may still find yourself drained in a matter of minutes of doing a Crossfit workout.
We use regular equipment, like parallette bars, kettlebells, plyo box, jump rope, free weights set, ab mat to support your body through tough core exercises.
In custom cases we can invite you to our studio for special training.
Crossfit exercises mimic the natural body movements associated with picking objects off the ground, standing up from a squatting position, lifting objects overhead, pulling yourself up onto things, jumping, running, etc.
You can compete both against yourself and other members. We consider this as one of the many reasons that people tend to stick with and enjoy CrossFit, as compared to a normal exercise routine.
Diet and nutrition are also a big part of the overall picture.There are numerous tips and advice on a good diet or Paleo Diet. A CrossFit workout coupled with a good diet will provide amazing results!
